Business outlook
Pros
Lots of hours available to work although you will be expected to work somewhere near twenty hours overtime per week at times. This may work for those employees who have no families but family is not an important aspect of your life to CUS.
Cons
Extremely poor training by supervisors, poor benefits, promises made up front were not actually followed through with, horrible mapping system used for work, supervisors have too many people underneath them. Ignorant and racist field supervisors.
