corporate management is horrible. Typcial corporate America--egos, greed, money, spotlight, overbearing personalities. In all, the restaurants themselves are managed by great restaurant people. They won't last long though...too many other food service companies offer better benefits, better hours, and treat the employees better (management and hourly's)
