Pros
Pay/profit sharing. Not quite enough for the time spent there but easily enough to get by as a trainee with hourly pay Unmatched job stability Friendly coworkers/staff Good travel policies for when travel is required 401k can be a roth or pre-tax (your choice) healthcare options (high deductible plan isn't the best but gives a great array of in network options) Very ethical business. Some of the highest B2B ethics I have ever seen
Cons
- 2 weeks (10) vacation days until year 6, then 3 weeks (15) until year 16. You do get 2 floating holidays as well but only because CED is short 2 on the 9 required federal holidays - No work life balance. Work occasional weekends and 7-5 M-F work schedule for most positions including managers and trainees. -Job itself is not exactly fun. Lots of warehouse stocking, wire cutting, and checking in/out in every position
