Pros

The job work for an Inside Sales Rep is fairly easy. Sometimes the work can be monotonous, but you know what to expect each day. Profit sharing is a great benefit from this company and the bonuses are usaully something to look forward to if the PC is doing well financially. Benefits are average; however, they do offer 401K match. My coworkers are really nice for the most part. The job is only Monday - Friday only excluding inventory.

Cons

The base pay is very low in comparison to the Inside Sales Rep average; the company relies heavily on profit sharing/ However, that occurs once a year and I typically struggle to pay bills the rest of the year. The office environment is usually boring as well. Promotions within the company are very few and if one takes place, a raise is typically inexistence.

Pros

Very nice coworkers and you get to travel a good amount in your first year. Guided training process wasn’t bad

Cons

Low pay and long hours. The contract they’ll have you sign in misleading on salary. You’re basically going to be a hourly employee your first 2/3 years and more likely than not are not going to be making the amount on the contract unless you do a lot of overtime. There is a lot of corporate pressure on being able to move wherever they tell you to also. My best advice is to look at what your local managers lives are like and consider if they’re happy or not. You have to have a certain amount of being a loner in you to be ok with their outlandish moving expectations.
