Pros

Profit sharing program is a strong incentive to work hard. Good opportunity to advance.

Cons

The company's high turnover rate and social games led me to question my job security constantly. Extremely demanding job requirements for lower paid employees. My manager ran the PC with a very low level of professionalism and high level of favoritism. The manager hardly ever worked, spent his days surfing the internet and talking on his cell phone about the local football program. He was demeaning and somewhat abusive in his way of dealing with our errors. Because of those things, not one of the hourly employees had any respect for the manager. There was a TON of tension and social stress in the PC. Everyone in my PC that was not salary complained about being overworked and under appreciated.Worst of all, he is protected by his boss, a family member.

Pros

Very nice coworkers and you get to travel a good amount in your first year. Guided training process wasn’t bad

Cons

Low pay and long hours. The contract they’ll have you sign in misleading on salary. You’re basically going to be a hourly employee your first 2/3 years and more likely than not are not going to be making the amount on the contract unless you do a lot of overtime. There is a lot of corporate pressure on being able to move wherever they tell you to also. My best advice is to look at what your local managers lives are like and consider if they’re happy or not. You have to have a certain amount of being a loner in you to be ok with their outlandish moving expectations.
