Company is ran from Massachusetts office (main) and has a team full of people in the main Mass. Office whose entire job is to constantly nag people in the DC office for not following procedures. The Mass. office has no clue about the DC market but wants to pick subcontractors for every project based on price without knowing anything about DC sub market. The Mass. office buys out the jobs with central purchasing and hands over a mess on every job. The following of procedures is more important to the main office than getting the jobs done and making money.
