- Projects are often really fast and excruciatingly slow at the same time; there is always pressure from the top to get tasks done fast but then little support is provided to actually do this - Organization structure is constantly changing - They seem to try to support women in career development, but as a women I am constantly feeling undervalued and looked over for advancement. Little is being done to shift this culture - eg. in meetings with just me and 5 men, they ALWAYS expect me to do admin duties, not my role; a lot of random promotions for men
