Overall, management seems to be disconnected from the workforce. The CAO preaches transparency, however rarely practices it. Limited growth opportunities Unresponsive HR Typical government agency - set in their ways, red tape and not nimble enough quickly adjust priorities and focus on getting tasks accomplished.
