Folks are extremely talented in the areas of conservation, finance, land management, government relations. Field visits mixed in with day-to-day desk work help to keep employees rooted in their projects.

      Growing quickly; company-wide systems are good but have room for improvement as the organization grows.

      Pros

      salary, vacation time, not much else.

      Cons

      Chooses earning money over doing conservation actions. CEO makes more than 600k and only cares about money. It chooses supporting carbon credit work over conservation, because of the annual revenue. It's a wolf in sheep's clothing.
