Manager is friendly and working environment is good. Location is near.

It's a small company and only 2 people including me understand data analysis, so you may not learn too much new knowledge.

Unique and compelling technology. Competitive pay and benefits structure. Freedom to communicate with nearly anyone in the company for any need. Great experience learning about startups and their transition to "development" status.

Really rough market working with Utility Companies as the customers. Few to no processes defined within the company. Senior staff, while available and visible, keep strategic discussions from the directors and managers and then hold them accountable for company failures of efforts that they never knew they were to perform. Family friends on staff hold priorities over other talent.
