Pros
This is a really healthy work environment and everyone is friendly and helpful. You can succeed if you are able to do your work and stay on task. It is fairly managed and although it is a small team, it is not toxic. I have known Mona for a long time and I find her to be a good person above all and it helped while working for her.
Cons
If you are not able to stay on top of it while doing multiple tasks and communicating well, you can have a hard time. Mona will let people go if they are not up to speed and capable, but I don't blame her. I would say you get away with slacking off less at this company than others.
