Independent contractors in the warehouse can set their own working schedule. Free product samples and a relaxed, fun environment are perks. Its a start up small enough to have career opportunities for self-starters.
Cons
It can be boring. Being an independent contractor means no workman's comp and higher tax rate. Often seemed disorganized and inefficient, but that works in your favor when you are paid hourly.
