Great place for developers - Senior Software Engineer Conscensia Employee Review

I especially appreciate the trust, openness, and strong focus on people and long-term relationships. It’s a place where professionalism goes hand in hand with a positive vibe and mutual respect.

I don't see any cons so far

Honestly i am struggling to find any, salary at times. Speaking of Ukrainian office.

Projects are just awful, at least ones i worked on, they try to wrap a monolith that builds in 20 minutes in a docker container hoping that will speed up. Java developers do Angular 1.x. Management does not care about employees, stating they are whining while proposing improvements. Planned salary increase is a joke market wise. Company is cutting costs on hardware really hard, you get monitors worth 50 bucks best case, old laptops with U series CPUs. I got fired while on a sick leave, providing all the docs btw - true Danish approach, right? In addition, you get 0 carrier opportunities, senior is top, and it is unlikely they will hire higher position. Ukrainian team is also a bit unmotivated and sad. Do not expect social interaction unless you do a repairs in your house:)
