Pros
Pay is ok, job is not difficult, company is stable, it's tough to get fired (like you have to do something dishonest or really stupid)
Cons
Pay is not balanced, lots of turn over and staffing issues ALWAYS.. Things could be more streamlined and uniform across all the locations, being so tough to get fired- there's no real drive for people to win so u have a bunch of underachievers that you have to rely on
