Pros

The whole idea behind Conrad is good, and the company has some great people. Also good support for home working.

Cons

Poor leadership. Lack of support for staff development, engagement, and welfare. Life work balance totally wrong.

Pros

Hires graduates and gives ample opportunity to learn and up skill. Customer centric approach on business. Flexible work location and a healthy work life balance (depending on the team you join) Top of the class tech stacks and tools available at your disposal Most people you work with are friendly and easygoing (can only comment for the energy for business team)

Cons

There is unfortunately a culture of lack of urgency or accountability which sometimes leads to frustration. This especially contributes to long delays on projects, ignored emails, last min jobs and feeling undervalued at times.

Pros

There are genuinely no pros to working here - any apparent benefits are overshadowed by poor management and culture.

Cons

1. The company is effectively controlled by the CFO and Head of HR, leaving little genuine leadership. 2. The CEO operates without real authority, with spending habits that highlight misplaced priorities compared to employee compensation. 3. Benefits and promotions are distributed based on favoritism rather than merit, discouraging talent and hard work. 4. There is a complete lack of accountability at the executive level, which undermines trust and morale. 5. Investors appear disengaged, and it is long overdue for them to recognize the realities of how the organization is being run.
