Learned a lot - Engineer Conquip Employee Review

I got to work a flexible shift and work from home. Great benefits and good atmosphere to work in.

The commute was too long but other than that, there were no cons

There are absolutely none except of the engineering dept, those guys are good humans.

If you work here (which I don't know why you would, just read the other reviews, they are accurate) I highly suggest documenting EVERYTHING, getting EVERYTHING in writing not verbal, KNOWING your Labor Laws & what your rights are and, watch your back, always. As others said, you will be promised certain things and never delivered. The company culture is HORRENDOUS even though they now say they are trying to change it. DON'T work overtime unless you makes sure you are compensated appropriately for it. This company does not have a good industry reputation, it is known for making a lot of changes, often. My advice is to just find another place .. especially if you are younger professional just starting their career and are wanting a fun, good, respectful workplace that is rewarding.
