      Pros

      Good supportive work environment, with good benefits. Work life balance is good and there is a good collaborative work culture. Management is approachable.

      Cons

      The company was slimming down on its staffing, and there's little chance to change job streams to get exposure to new areas. Graduates got the best opportunities to move around.
