      Grading / Performance management system is a waste of time, grade rises / promotions are carried out regardless of annual goals, performance results etc. Who you know, not what you know.

      Work Culture is great. No micro management.

      No significant drawbacks come to mind; I found it challenging to socialize or communicate with my colleagues due to the cabin-like environment.

      The culture is incredible, everyone is very kind and willing to help with questions. Interns get to work on real, valuable projects over the summer. Lots of fun events.
