Pros

Working at Connor & Gallagher OneSource has been such a positive and fulfilling experience. As I approach my one-year anniversary, I can truly say I’ve grown both professionally and personally thanks to the constant support and encouragement from my team and leadership. The company fosters a culture that values collaboration, transparency, and personal development. There’s a genuine effort from leadership to help employees succeed, whether that’s through mentorship, training, or simply taking time to recognize hard work. I’ve had opportunities to take on new challenges and feel confident about my career path here. It’s rare to find a workplace that truly lives its values, but CGO does—and I’m proud to be part of it.

Cons

None to mention! If you want to get picky, maybe the fact we are not fully remote if you’re within the Illinois area. Its a hybrid work environment (2 days in office, 3 from home)

Pros

Great team. Onboarding is easy.

Cons

They consistently let this position go to rehire before the 90 day mark and the overall turnover rate is high. Beware of thinking this is actually a long term gig.
