Pros
The management and upper management teams listen to and trust their employees as the experts to improve processes and customer service. CGO is very customer service focused and everyone in the company has the same goal to make the client happy. I'm always acknowledged and feel appreciated for a job well done. My work/life balance has never been better based on the flexibility they provide.
Cons
Since CGO is a rapidly growing company we do struggle with technology from an employee perspective but this is something they are continually working on to give the employees the tools they need to be successful at their job.
