Pros

You get to work on all phases of design and construction administration. You will gain a lot of experience and knowledge in a very short time.

Cons

Long work hours, lack of staff so you get stretched thinly over multiple projects. Designs start to look the same. Lack of work life balance. People are just used and worn down.
