      Nice and talented people. Close knit company culture during my tenure. Good work life balance. Very stress free work with great hours.

      Cons

      Dress code was foolish for back office. Hot headed and narcissistic upper management pretend they are running a Fortune 500 company. Pay was terrible.

      Heath benefits are amazing and matching 401k Never an issue taking vacation. Tuition reimbursement for free the first 2 years of employment. Being able to obtain my Masters Degree has been attainable because of Conning.

      Cons: If there are any, I have approachable managers ready to guide and lead.
