Pros

They offered free lunch every day, most upper management generally seems to want to do the right thing by the company and their employees, lots of generous company events, many very intelligent people who know what they're doing.

Cons

Management will NOT talk to you or let you know when they think you are doing a poor job, there is absolutely no communication whatsoever. Even performance reviews are not a good indication of whether or not they think you are doing a good job. The environment there is rife for a harassment "problem" at some point, and participation in social events and social acuity is valued much more highly than technical knowledge or proficiency.

Pros

Work hard, play hard mentality. Great culture and a lot of fun events that made my internship memorable.

Cons

Can be a bit empty in office sometimes as most work remotely.

Pros

Endless opportunities for the self-driven and ambitious. I was lucky enough to work under a single manager, David Weinrot, who entrusted me throughout my tenure to drive countless initiatives. He represents, for me, my time with the company. I still carry with me today much of what I learned wearing the many hats he provided access to across the company. Though demanding, he was a great partner in brainstorming new ideas, driving innovation and providing support when needed. This training provided me with the launchpad I needed to, after 5 years, move onto managing an organization with a budget of $120MM that leveraged all of the skills I learned under his direction.

Cons

The company as a whole, while I was there, had a lot going on. I am sure many things have changed since then, though I suspect success will hinge on comfort with agility and change, as with any modern company.
