work from home, great schedule that doesn't change daily

No real training, I was told when I accepted this job I would be enrolling people into medicare, and between enrollments taking an occasional CS call. I am a licensed health insurance agent. Instead I'm doing outbound customer service calls and maybe every other day or so get an IB call that can be an enrollment. I was told this is a permanent position. It is seasonal and we weren't informed we were 'misclassified' upon our hire until after the insurance carrier blackout season started, so were stuck here trapped until AEP is over. Very dirty trick to play on people. There systems are total garbage and always crashing. No team meetings or comradery amongst coworkers. Limited help from supervisors.
