Connery is an excellent platform to work with a variety of Bay Area start-up companies. You get to work first hand with these companies and implement world class recruiting processes. Internally at Connery you work along side some bright, motivated, driven recruiters. You have flexibility and autonomy. Being a "start-up" ourselves, you also have great impact on process improvement and carving the way for your own career.

I don't really have any. The only thing I would mention is that working at a consulting firm is not for everyone. It is hard work, there is some ambiguity and you have to be able to adapt and be flexible.
