Everyone is very kind and supportive. They genuinely want you to succeed and stick around for the long haul. No pressure to work insane hours, and the pay is as good as anywhere in the area. As far as I can tell, it's a group of really talented lawyers too.

Besides the general downsides to work as a lawyer (tracking billable hours, client demands, etc.), Conner & Winters has no unique cons.

Top notch attorneys, supportive and professional. One of the few firms that have a 37.5 work week. Great medical, dental benefits.
