My fellow sales associate co workers were most if not all ride or die and very fun and worth while to work with and be around

Management, Upper management. Basically pushed us to do fraud, and scamming customers to meet quota. Plain ol’ corporate favoritism for top sellers who would deliberately put addons without customers knowledge, on top of that managers who were on salary would regularly commit time fraud. Rules for thee but not for me type of work environment. Another thing is the commission structure is built to work against you and make it as difficult as possible to get you paid out for 100% of your sales, and on top of that their tracking for sales is something like from the early 2000’s, menial and annoying to also deter you from being paid out.
