Losing team members is always a hard decision. The recent store closures were due to a decision made by T-Mobile based on proximity to other stores. We made every attempt to move all employees to other locations. Keeping our team together is very important to us but this was outside of our control. We never want to close any locations and our desire is for our employees to grow personally and professionally with us. If you have questions on your specific issue, feel free to reach out. Pros

Making great relationships with employees and some staff

Cons

They will call you and ask to work when you’re clocked out, no life, your parents and loved ones pass away you will be called the day you bury them to ask when you’re coming back, pto? Jokes they will say it’s a sacrifice you have to make and still write you up
