Ongoing training, great work environment, endless opportunities to make money because the people come to YOU. I love my higher-ups and coworkers, this place is truly one of a kind.
Cons
While some may consider the low base salary a con, I wouldn’t. There is no way you’d average out to make less than $15 an hour (and that’s the LOWEST hourly I think could make any sense.)

They will call you and ask to work when you’re clocked out, no life, your parents and loved ones pass away you will be called the day you bury them to ask when you’re coming back, pto? Jokes they will say it’s a sacrifice you have to make and still write you up
