Cons
Not many cons, the only one I can come up with is that due to the ever changing wireless industry, sometimes it's difficult to stay on top of changes. But that is not a company con, it's an industry challenge. If you're not competitive and you're not always striving to best your personal best? This is probably not the company for you.
