That is so strange... normally monthly contests, performance pay increases, vacation time, employee perks, industry training, and ability to move up are considered pros... Ex.) in 2018 alone, we have given away cruises, trips to Las Vegas, a car, cash prizes, technology, TVs, preparing to take 70 people to Cabo. Our top producers are earning over $2,500 / month in commission payouts. As with all great things and most jobs (to my knowledge) that takes hard work to do win or earn more. Training for leadership is 10 days in person as orientation, 2 weeks with Sprint as a new hire, and then a leadership academy with Sprint. I hope this helps clear things up!
