Pros
Great company, great pay and really good benefits. They actually invest in their employees and value them. If you do your job and hit your goals the commission structure can be VERY rewarding. Consistently growing company that always promotes from within means those that excel in their position will move up. This is the first job I've had where the UPPER management(like a director) will get out there and work with employees on the sales floor.
Cons
Like all retail, nights and weekends are required.
