      Pros

      CS really puts the time in to develop their employees if they are willing to out in the work to be successful. They offer great contests, prizes and spiffs so there are many ways to get paid. Also, the company continues to grow so there are a lot of advancement opportunties

      Cons

      A lot of hours but I guess its just like any other job

      Our top priorities are to be the best at communicating with our employees, finding ways to retain our employees longer, and help our sales makers perform better and break records! A lot of that is being done with finding rewards programs and thinking of innovative ways to develop our employees.

      Making great relationships with employees and some staff

      Cons

      They will call you and ask to work when you’re clocked out, no life, your parents and loved ones pass away you will be called the day you bury them to ask when you’re coming back, pto? Jokes they will say it’s a sacrifice you have to make and still write you up
