Pros

Very easy work, if you are good at sales you will have no issue hitting your quota

Cons

If you do hit your quota corporate will make any excuse to not pay!! Decelerators they say?? Pretty hard to get positive serveys when the sprint network sucks balls!!

Our preference is to always promote from within when people are ready. We celebrate and always try to grow internally first. Phoenix has a strong network and the survey is about their store experience. There are accelerators and decelerators that impact your pay based on how you take care of company assets and your customer experience. If you do those things well, it will affect your pay positively. The good news is we give you all the tools to do these things the right way. Pros

Making great relationships with employees and some staff

Cons

They will call you and ask to work when you’re clocked out, no life, your parents and loved ones pass away you will be called the day you bury them to ask when you’re coming back, pto? Jokes they will say it’s a sacrifice you have to make and still write you up
