Pros

Health Care Benefits and PTO

Cons

Team was recalled back to the office when previously informed WFH would be permanent. This has caused low morale and hardships. SR Management and HR can remain remote/hybrid which is not fair. If they would prefer us to be in office, we should ALL be in office. There are several employees that live and work from other states and because they are in the "elite group" they are NOT required to return to office. Salary is not aligned to position and no longer competitive with other Hub companies. You can get hired at a competitor and easily get offered 10-15k more. There is a Diversity and Inclusion Committee but this is not practiced internally as promotions are granted to "person" heard on several occasions making racial slurs and negative comments. Conneciverx has lost their integrity along with other core values. Adding multiple programs to manage to save money instead of hiring additional PM's and supervisors. Pile on the work so we don't have work-life balance! This company has continued to decline .

I'm concerned to hear about the "racial slurs and negative comments" you mentioned here. PLEASE speak to an HR manger or business partner about that as we do have a culture of corrective action for that kind of behavior. If you're in a position where confidentiality is important then reference Page 13 of our Employee Handbook (find it on The Link) for a phone number to an anonymous compliance hotline. This one's for readers: We do have a requirement that most of our client operations teams work in one of our campus buildings as groups physically together. We've found this is the best method to build group service-level and skills to a tier of excellence and also provides support within the team for the varied and challenging experiences that could arise during a day. To be frank, we know there are companies who offer client service, tech help, and benefits processing roles that are 100% remote. We believe that we've created a culture that offsets the ask of being physically present in an office with compensatory benefits and rewards, market-benchmarked pay scales, opportunities for career advancement (not just upward in one functional area, but even across difference departments and disciplines), and more.

Pros

Teams are collaborative - coworkers are knowledgeable and you are able to work together to excel at your job. Great feed back from peers. Your experience is transferable to other positions or companies - equipment is not too outdated - they use jobforce CRM and other updated technologies - Hybrid - They have training on all levels that really assist in personal development and career development.

Cons

Management is often promoted internal without experience or consideration as to how they interact with their team members. Upper management is anywhere from providing opportunities to being exceptionally out of touch. It is surprising how often upper management is inexperienced, The insecurities of those kinds of managers it make it hard to have a collaborative effort to get things done. Communication is shut down quickly with no resolution "just shut up and you are the problem attitude" instead having a desire to understand the situation and attempting to work together for the benefit of all.

Pros

There are some really good people here.

Cons

They punish hard workers with relocations to new teams and act like it's a promotion or a recognition of achievement. They advertise a hybrid schedule but each time you're moved to a new team they take it away and it resets again til when they feel you're okay to resume. The team changes can happen multiple times a year. Someone in the same position can get paid to do less work than someone who is given 5 times the workload. There is favoritism. I have been told not to discuss wages even though that is illegal. Time has been removed from my timesheet to accommodate only 40 hours, even if you work a couple minutes over. You are expected to be logged in and ready for your shift by the time your shift starts, and you are not paid for the time to log in and be ready. There is a 7 minute "grace period" where they don't pay you for the time and round up or down depending on where you are in that 7 minute period. Raises are not even enough for a standard of living increase. Recognition is far and few between.
