      Pros

      NIL. The company does not exists any more. They had only one big client in middle east. Connectiva failed to retain the business with that client because of that client's economic issues which resulted in a LOCKOUT.

      Cons

      Higher management was restless, resulting to a lockout of this firm.

      Pros

      Best mix of US and India. Silicon Valley culture initially with great atmosphere. Solving tough technology problems that we could do from India.

      Cons

      Too fast growth that management was unable to handle.
