They don't treat the crisis workers well. They used to require crisis workers have a masters in social worker or counseling and thus could assure a level of professionalism for this vital role. But new ownership came in and decided they could save money by hiring less experienced crisis workers. And the quality of the care plummeted as evidenced by that fact that the majority of crisis workers left within several months of the new ownership taking over
