The most amazing company I have ever had the pleasure of working for. Upper management is always so supportive and helpful. Feels like a family more than just a job. Not a single bad thing about Connections.

Connections cares about doing the right thing for the individuals they serve as well as their employees. Very family oriented, hybrid work environment, and caseload coordination is great as far as location and balance. Great supportive management team! PTO is encouraged and self care is encouraged. TRUE work life balance is encouraged.

It is not a 100% work from home job, just by nature of the job. The CMs are based out of their homes but are required, by the state, to visit at least every 90 days.
