Pros

Benefits, Work from home, my manager is nice....thats about it

Undervauled , if you're not making the big sales you might as well start looking for another job, Whena recuriter reached out I was told 40K for base pay come to find out it goes down each year until you are full commission. Also was told warm leads. The leads are outdated and used. 95% cold calling. Was also told as long as your effort is 100% and you're doing your best you will be okay. PIP plans are not easily acheivable to HELP you , it's just a way for them to get you out of the way because your are not vaulable to them, you need to be selling MILLIONS to make any commission and the process are outdated and over complicated which hinder your opportunities a lot of the times and make you lose out on those opportunities. Overall Connection is a disappointment, I was really looking forward to growing and planting my feet but even if you think you are doing well YOU ARE NOT and they will tell you that in a heartbeat

Work with excellent and experienced team that support each other. We have a lot of offerings and capabilities to promote and sell.

Cons

Long hours, huge focus on making and exceeding quota, very competitive industry with low margins to win large deals.
