Big Brother is Watching - Sales Representative Connection Employee Review

They monitor every single move of your mouse. Your customer notes, how many minutes on the phone. Your bosses, yes you have more than one & they sometimes have conflicting interests. They can pop in & listen in on your phone calls at any time. Your call numbers, minutes on the phone are sent to the entire sales team every single day. It’s toxic & suffocating. Sales people are responsible for their own Admin / paperwork, etc. That is a Huge waste of a Sales Person’s Time. It’s counter productive & frankly idiotic! So glad they are in my rear view window!!
