Great people and the company has great partnerships with manufacturers and vendors.
Cons
Company is extremely outdated in their core systems. Sales enablement lacks investment and core training/on boarding. When hired at the company as an Account Manager, you’re essentially drinking from a fire hose and not much is done to help you develop a strategic way to build a customer base. The company has very little lead generation, and you’re expected to figure out your own ways of finding new clients or scraping through old, dirty data in the CRM.
