Pros
Great people to work with, they get you motivated to provide IT buyers the best solutions, and find creative ways to win you the business. Tons of training that are applicable to your job and they do a decent job of helping you remember the right vendors for certain clients.
Cons
I abhor the legacy CRM and order processing. So much complexity in getting orders out the door. Operations don't have a sense of urgency to get orders processed in a timely fashion as well as invoicing so if you're depending on orders to invoice to help reach your goal, good luck.
