Pros

-Experience working with Government and Education customers/accounts. -Ability to gain knowledge of vast array of Information Technology products. -Building relationships and networking with IT manufacturers for your next job.

Cons

-Employees (non-sales) that do not directly bring in revenue are not support nor valued. -Senior Management incapable of communicating and following through on initiatives and goals. -Expected to know, understand, comprehend and communicate every aspect of every Information Technology catalog product the company resells, all 140,000 items. -Success is luck of the draw, if not assigned a territory with outsides sales coverage or existing contracts, you got the short straw. -Work only 55 hours for a week, you're considered a slacker. -Only as good as your last win. -Corporate philosophy, "Throw it against the wall and see if it sticks."
