Hire and fire - avoid!!! - Delivery Consultant Connecting Experts Employee Review

Hire and fire - they have an L&D team but I’m not sure what for, if you don’t hit your targets once, they fire you with no help before on how to improve. I was at CE for a few months and 9 people were fired during this time. No diversity!! Very unprofessional! Throwing food across the sales floor, interrupting each other when on the phone to a client/candidate, and just an unprofessional laddish environment. And finally, such bad management. There is no one to talk to about concerns or issues you have at CE, and if you do try talk to someone about it, it’s thrown back in your face. Worst management I’ve ever experienced!
