Really interesting work where you never stop learning. Flexible work policies with good benefits and salary for a nonprofit. Can grow a lot and have a lot of autonomy quickly, but also don't feel overworked or stretched thin.

There is a lot of change - need to be comfortable with not always having clear answers or direction and sometimes the answer changes.
