Coronavirus Response - Retail Sales Associate ConnectiCare Employee Review

I have been a temp with the retail center family within ConnectiCare for a little over 6 months now. I don’t know that I have ever felt more welcomed, cared for, and looked after by my supervisors, managers and employer as a whole in such a short amount of time before. From the day I learned what the Coronavirus was and since this quarantine went into effect, I’ve been informed, kept in the loop, felt safe, and proud to say I work for a company that worked faster and with more dedication than most to take care of its employees. In a time of such uncertainty, the only thing I have been certain of, is reassuring our members with confidence that we will help them in any way we can, because that is how I feel I have been treated as an employee. I am a firm believer that any team is only as strong as its weakest link, and from someone as new to this company as me, a 6 month temp, to feel as strongly as I do, says everything about those at the top.
