Professional development is pretty opaque. Too hard to tell how close you are to promotion and what you should be focusing on to reach it.

Glad employee safety is #1 but miss my coworkers! Been remote since March 2020. Depending on role work can ebb and flow. Hard to plan ahead sometimes. A lot of software systems have been updated of late, but still a few to go. Only 2+ years as standalone company after 25 years as part of Fortune 500, maybe 1 or two people still think/act with an old school Fortune 500 mindset.
