Following on from your comments I wanted to offer you the opportunity to speak to a member of the People Team directly as the claims you have stated regarding ‘management and their bullying ways’ are concerning. Bullying is not something that Connected Kerb tolerate and we encourage an open culture where employees can raise any concerns with their Line Manager or use our internal policies if they wish to take more formal action.
In terms of our recruitment practice we do encourage all of our colleagues to recommend contacts from their network and promote our employee referral scheme, this is a great way to reach out to top talent and not an uncommon practice across all industries.
Organisations go through different cycles and having grown significantly and quickly, we recognise that this can come with challenges at times. We continue to learn the best way in which to operate to serve our customers and drivers, making changes when needed to ensure the business is able to reach its mission of changing the world for good, one charge at a time.
