Bullying is not something that Connected Kerb tolerate and we encourage an open culture where employees can raise any concerns with their Line Manager or use our internal policies if they wish to take more formal action. In terms of our recruitment practice we do encourage all of our colleagues to recommend contacts from their network and promote our employee referral scheme, this is a great way to reach out to top talent and not an uncommon practice across all industries.
