Very questionable business practices and ingrained culture of lying to clients to cover-up the shortcomings of the company. Under-resourcing is the norm such that only clients who are about to terminate the relationship get any attention. No support for skills development. Not paid super entitlements for the entirety of time working there. Overall, if I had the option of having not worked at Connected I would not have. It is a dreadful shame that the incredibly dedicated technical staff have to suffer from poor support from the company owners.
