Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear about your negative experience while working with our North Dublin team, and we appreciate you highlighting both the positive relationships you had with clients and colleagues, as well as the issues you faced.
The concerns you raised particularly around scheduling pressures, communication, empathy from coordination teams, and staff well-being are extremely important to us. The North Dublin office closure and transition to Drogheda was a major change, and we recognise that such changes can create challenges for our teams. Your comments reinforce the need for continued improvement in how we support care assistants through operational transitions and day-to-day workloads.
We take all feedback seriously, including reports of safety issues or concerns related to client behaviour. We are continually working to strengthen our support systems, improve scheduling processes, and prioritise the mental and physical well-being of our staff. Hearing where we fell short helps us do better.
